If I could leave 10 stars for Joe, I would! Unfortunately, (site) is limiting me to 5. Joe helped me shop for a home from another city, was amazing! He took care of so many details, so I would have not to worry. He is a great communicator, and answered all of my questions all through the process, he just took care of things and took care of me! He helped me find a beautiful property. What drew me to Joe is incredible authenticity and honesty. Another reviewer here mentioned that Joe is fun, and he is! An incredible human being and very professional and excellent at what he does! I've already recommended him to my friends and community for anyone looking for a home or property in this area. I would call him a real estate agent for life, and he is the only person I would call again for help in buying or selling!

Joe is a refreshing addition to the Ocean Shores Real Estate market. I noticed him before I even made up my mind to sell my house. He is very visible within the community and very attentive to his listings. My neighbor had listed his house with Joe and said he was great to work with, three of us in the same neighborhood all decided to relocate and had each made the same decision to use him. We all had made the same observations; he was visible and available to his customers, enthusiastic and passionate! The process of selling my home was an adventure and was complicated by a couple of failed sales that were handled smoothly and efficiently and I was always well informed. My home sold quickly and it was bittersweet to leave it. I was worried about all of my flowers getting watered before the buyers moved in so Joe went and watered them all. He is sincere and a lot of fun, I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
